
Player and Parent Training Agreement with DETAIL SD
Step 1: Please read the training agreement entirely to understand our programs expectations. If you have any questions or concerns, text DETAIL SD at (341) 444-3545
Step 3: After carefully reading the agreement and signing all the boxes text DETAIL SD "We have read the agreement and are ready to get started". He will then send you the link to sign up and register.
*If you do not agree with our terms and player/parent expectations - we ask that you do NOT enroll into our program. Our terms are extremely clear and protect the integrity of our program. Our program is selective and certainly NOT for every family. We only want to work with families who truly buy into our culture at DETAIL SD
This Agreement will begin on (the day you register) and continue for [6 months minimum] If you choose to continue after the initial commitment the agreement will renew as well.
The commitment is a recurring subscription and will automatically renew after your initial commitment. If you choose to cancel after the 6, months, I agree to provide DETAIL SD a 30 day written notice before the membership renews at [email protected] to cancel any future recurring payment after the 6 month training contract is complete. If you do not follow our terms, you will be automatically enrolled into the same agreement for the next term (no exceptions).
By registering for the program, you agree to the “terms and conditions” page on https://detailsdhoops.com/termsandconditions-5930 that clearly states DETAIL SD's refund, cancelation details and early termination policy.
● I agree to bring my accountability journal every session
● I agree to complete each homework task that is assigned me in a timely manner
● I agree to be accountable to the program and not make excuses
● I agree to work hard and achieve my personal goals that we set
● I agree to use the online training membership and additional resources that the Coaches provide for me
● I agree to use the online training program weekly
● I agree to be a positive player when I make mistakes
● We have a very clear no refund policy. All sales are final once you enroll into our program
● I understand that if we miss a session we only have a 7 day time period to make up sessions
● I understand to communicate with DETAIL SD (and send them a text or email if and when there are conflicts/vacations in advance) so we can reschedule sessions in a timely manner
● I understand that if we are “out of town” or “on holidays” that we are still a member of the 6 month program. Please communicate with him when you are going out of town so we can plan accordingly
● Missed sessions don't roll over to the next term
● I understand that if I have a “failed credit/debit card payment” I will need to register with a new credit or debit card within 12 hours of the failed payment. Sessions will pause until the payment is collected

● I understand and have read, and completed DETAIL SD's liability release form (https://detailsdhoops.com/liability-waiver) that DETAIL SD, Coach Gabe, and any coach for DETAIL SD is not liable for any injuries.
